03 / DELIVERED CONTRIBUTION

What Momayaz Built & Delivered

Complete system architecture, database design, and end-to-end interface implementation by Momayaz. Built dedicated modules for Bill of Materials (BOM) recipes, automatic raw-material inventory deduction upon production run completions, multi-step invoice reconciliation, and role-based permissions tailored for shop floor vs back office.

04 / SYSTEM & WORKFLOW

Interfaces, State & Operational Workflows

Engineered as an Arabic-first operational console with high information density, fast keyboard input, and offline resilience for desktop and tablet floor terminals. Strict lifecycle enforcement ensures orders progress through controlled states: Draft → Confirmed → In Production → Quality Inspected → Dispatched → Invoiced.

05 / OPERATIONAL OUTCOME
