Clear answers. A simpler start.
What to know about working with Momayaz, from scope and cost to handover and next steps.
Before we start
What can you help me build?
We work on websites and web applications, product interfaces, custom business software, and digital marketing. Tell us the outcome you need and we can discuss which service fits your project.
How is the project priced?
The quote depends on the scope, number of screens and workflows, integrations, and content requirements. We discuss priorities and define the deliverables before agreeing on a price. Hosting, external subscriptions and ongoing work should be identified separately in the proposal.
How long will it take?
There is no single timeline for every project. The scope, readiness of content, integrations and review rounds all affect delivery. Share any target launch date so we can discuss a realistic plan and the priorities for the first release.
Your project
Can we improve an existing website or system?
Yes, we can discuss improvements to an existing product. We first need to review its current setup, available source code, access permissions and the changes you want. The review helps determine what can be reused and what needs rebuilding.
Can the website support Arabic and English?
We can include both languages and right-to-left layouts in the scope. We agree who supplies and reviews the content, which pages need translation, and how language switching should work before implementation.
Can I see the factory management product?
The product page includes actual interface captures with preview data and explains the workflows. You can also request a discussion about your factory to review the fit, required setup and any customization before making a decision.
Delivery & next steps
What should the handover include?
The proposal should specify deliverables, source-code and design-file access, accounts, documentation and any walkthrough. Ownership, licenses and third-party assets are confirmed in the project agreement rather than assumed.
What about hosting and maintenance?
We discuss hosting, domain ownership, third-party subscriptions, maintenance and future improvements as part of planning. The included services, costs and support arrangements depend on the agreed scope; they are not automatically included in every project.
How do I follow up on an existing project?
Use the project follow-up page to contact us by email or WhatsApp. Include the project name, page URL, what happened and the steps to reproduce it. Do not send passwords or private customer data.
Let’s talk about your project.
Share the idea or the challenge, and we can discuss the next step.
